Kaymich now offer Ultra-Low Dosage option for their Gemini flavour application system, significantly extending the range of flow and therefore potential applications for the system.
We offer three options relating to the dosing levels (volume) required: Ultra-Low Dosage, Standard and High Capacity.
ULTRA LOW DOSAGE PUMP
Flow: 0.5ml – 30ml per minute
STANDARD PUMP
Flow: 1ml – 290ml per minute
HIGH-CAPACITY PUMP
Flow: 30ml – 800ml per minute
For example, Gemini users are now able to accurately and consistently apply dosages from typically as low as 0.5mg per stick to as high as 100mg per stick at line speeds of up to 10,000 sticks per minute or around 650m/m.
